Dentalcard – Easy Financing Process
We were recently asked by patients about Dental Financing and we are pleased to inform you that we’ve heard you! You can now receive timely dental care at Waterloo Dental via Dentalcard!
The Process
- Complete the application form available at Waterloo Dental and fax it to Dentalcard (1‑888‑689‑9862) OR apply by phone (1‑888‑689‑9876) OR at www.dentalcard.ca.
- Dentalcard will review the applicant’s credit report and verify income information.
- When approved, Dentalcard prepares a “Disclosure Statement” form
- Sign and return Disclosure Statement via fax/email (info@dentalcard.ca) with a photocopy of a void cheque (for monthly auto debit) and photo ID.
- Applicants may also apply with a co-signer if necessary.
